Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Italian-speaking) for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries about POS system functionalities, hardware setup, and account issues.
The position offers remote work and relocation assistance from abroad or within Portugal. Shifts run Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00 with occasional late extension to 21:00.
