Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent – Remote

Join the frontline support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email. You will provide roadside assistance, support customers with the brand's app and digital services, and handle general customer service requests for a demanding clientele that expects premium service. Key responsibilities Handle 30–50 incoming calls and emails per day Provide 24/7 roadside assistance, including breakdown and recovery support, following strict safety guidelines Collect the details needed for each case, including vehicle data, customer details and GPS location Support customers with the brand's mobile app and digital services, including login, account issues and activating or deactivating features Guide customers through service purchases, appointment booking and vehicle monitoring Answer first-line enquiries on warranty, maintenance and dealership information Manage workshop complaints and goodwill requests, and elevate complex cases to the back office Requirements Native-level or C1 Italian B2 English Advanced PC skills and basic knowledge of Android and iOS Excellent written and oral communication Strong customer focus, problem-solving and multitasking skills Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy Geographical knowledge and a driving licence are a plus What we offer Competitive monthly salary, with scheduled salary increases Monthly productivity bonus Relocation support 10 days of upskill training and continuous development Remote work, with occasional on-site presence in Athens Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends
