Ignite in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking customer support agents to assist Italian clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will resolve issues, log interactions in the CRM, and work within a proactive, collaborative team to meet CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets.
The role requires fluent Italian and English, a fully flexible 24/7 schedule, and on-site work in Lisbon. Housing or relocation options are part of the compensation plan with company support.
