Demi Chef Patisserie (m/f/d)

To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for an experienced, creative, and quality-driven Pastry Chef / Demi Chef Pâtisserie (m/f/d) who will enrich our team with passion, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Your Tasks

• Preparation of attractive and varied cakes and tarts as well as desserts according to the SAN SONNEA food concept under the direction of the Chef de Patisserie
• Preparation of an attractive and varied dessert buffet
• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the counter
• Serving plates at the pass
• Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your Profile

• Professional qualification as a patissier or an equivalent diploma or experience in the upscale gastronomy sector
• Basic knowledge of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine
• Passion for the profession
• Enthusiasm for teamwork
• Willingness to learn
• Creativity
• Openness to new ideas
• Ability to work under pressure
