Business Analyst Senior (Production Planning)

The role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the SAP Production Planning area to gather and analyse business requirements, map processes and translate business needs into clear functional specifications on international implementation, rollout and S/4HANA projects. You will work closely with process owners and key users, supporting the solution design and delivery within defined functional streams.

What You Will Do

Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Map AS-IS processes and support fit-gap analysis in SAP PP

Configure and support SAP PP processes, with exposure to QM and PM

Prepare and support workshops, testing cycles and key-user training

Support international implementation and rollout projects

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional delivery teams

What we are looking for To be considered for this role, candidates must have

4+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP

Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or S/4HANA migration projects

Knowledge of SAP QM and/or SAP PM

Understanding of manufacturing processes

Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators

Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

SAP WM/EWM and MES integration experience

SAP S/4HANA hands‑on experience

ABAP debugging knowledge

SAP BTP / SAP Business AI (Joule) – awareness of SAP’s clean‑core and AI direction

Expected salary range: €40,000 – €50,000 gross annual, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
