Zucchetti Technical Expert & Onboarding Specialist
As a Zucchetti Technical Expert & Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our payroll team and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
This position combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Zucchetti PagheInfinity application and managing data migration.
You will act as a point of reference for system improvements and updates, ensuring the payroll application runs efficiently and meets compliance standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, offering guidance and technical support throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, parameterize, and test the Zucchetti PagheInfinity payroll application.
- Manage onboarding processes for new payroll clients, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Handle data migration using technical tools and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare technical reports and document system activities.
- Support colleagues and contribute to system improvements.
- Oversee payroll software updates and ensure compliance.
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Zucchetti application consultant.
- Good knowledge of Italian administrative legislation and HR processes.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Solid knowledge of Zucchetti PagheInfinity application.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes for payroll clients.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in configuration, parameterization, and testing of payroll applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer‑oriented approach, teamwork, and proactivity.
