Job Summary:

Jameel Motors Italy is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Zone Manager to support our growing dealer network under the new partnership with Geely. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing both sales and aftersales performance within an assigned region, acting as the primary liaison between Jameel Motors and its network of dealers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent retail execution, driving volume and profitability, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned dealers, building strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Manage and drive regional sales and aftersales performance in alignment with national targets and Geely brand standards.
  • Monitor dealer performance through KPIs, conducting regular reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support dealers in meeting retail, wholesale, and service objectives through tailored action plans.
  • Ensure brand compliance in sales and aftersales operations, including showroom standards, training, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, product, logistics, finance) to support dealer needs and initiatives.
  • Provide input on stock planning, order management, and vehicle allocation to optimize availability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a field or zone management role within the automotive industry, covering both sales and aftersales.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Deep understanding of dealer operations, retail processes, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and performance reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.
