Job Overview
Your mission will be to ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) by optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions for the Dealers within their assigned area for the Leapmotor brand.
Your Responsibilities
Organize regular meetings with the Dealership managers.
Monitor monthly the evolution of the business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors' activities, etc.
Analyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices, etc.
Drive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy.
Support Dealers in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales Company.
Grant consistency between the sell-in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock.
Monitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actions.
Drive forward B2B PC activities of the Dealership.
Monitor Quality KPI.
Work with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event).
Drive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activities.
Work with the Dealership in their operational marketing actions.
Identify the Dealers' needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. to allow them to fully comply with the customer experience and Brand standards and to drive forward Dealership compliance with Simplified Operating Standards (S.O.S.).
Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience
From 5 to 7 years of experience in a Sales role within the car manufacturer industry.
University degree in a relevant field.
Strong sales and analysis orientation.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Energy, determination and stress management.
Excellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel.
Fluent in English and Italian (at least B2).
Benefits Salary range: from 53000 € to 63000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
