Zone Manager Dealer Marketing

INNOCEAN is a global marketing and communications agency and we are looking for a Zone Manager Dealer Marketing that will become the point of reference for dealers in the Central–Southern Italy area, supporting them in growing local performance and ensuring a consistent and quality brand experience.

To strengthen our network, we are looking for a Zone Manager Dealer Marketing to support the development and management of marketing activities at dealerships in Central–Southern Italy.

The resource will be the reference point for assigned dealers, assisting them in planning and executing local marketing activities and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and the quality of the customer experience.

Main Roles

- Support dealers in planning and implementing local marketing activities

- Make periodic visits to dealers to monitor initiatives, materials and customer experiences

- Oversee online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities

- Monitor KPIs and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

- Manage marketing and documentation budgets in compliance with company guidelines

- Provide operational support, training and best practices to the network

Requirement

- 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing or dealer network management roles, preferably in the automotive industry

- Excellent relational, organizational and data analysis skills

- Familiarity with CRM, digital tools and marketing platforms

- Availability for frequent trips to the Central–South area

- Residence in the province of Rome

- 1 day of presence in the office (Milan) /month

- License B and own car

- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or related fields

- Knowledge of the English language
