Borgo Santo Pietro is a five-star luxury boutique hotel celebrated for its harmonious blend of elegance, sustainability, and holistic well-being. Surrounded by 300 acres of organic farmland, including a healing herbal garden just steps from the spa, our sanctuary is home to Seed to Skin Tuscany - our signature skincare line, crafted at our in-house lab using natural ingredients and cutting-edge molecular science.

We are seeking a Yoga & Sound Bath Therapist with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, an affinity for holistic healing, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, including massage, hot stone therapy, and luxury beauty facials, tailored to the highest standards of excellence.
• Maintain an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and rejuvenating spa experience.
• Prepare, set up, and lead engaging yoga classes that cater to a range of skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
• Organize and facilitate transformative sound bath treatments, creating an immersive and restorative sensory experience for guests.
• Provide personalized wellness consultations, offering tailored recommendations for treatments and products.
• Uphold impeccable hygiene standards by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing treatment areas, changing linens, and sterilizing equipment between sessions.
• Contribute to the seamless operation of the spa, ensuring schedules, spaces, and materials are consistently well-prepared and inviting.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications: A recognized therapist diploma or equivalent certification is essential.

Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in yoga, sound bath therapy, and other meditation practices is required.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Holistic Philosophy: A deep commitment to the principles of holistic wellness, beauty, and healing.

Communication Skills: The ability to connect meaningfully and clearly with an international clientele, offering warmth and expertise.

Client-Centric Focus: A dedication to understanding and exceeding guest needs, ensuring an unforgettable and restorative experience.

What We Offer

Contract: Seasonal full-time employment (August - November 2025).
