Cluster Revenue Manager in Prague, Czech Republic We are hiring a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels in the Czech Republic.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, yield management and online distribution systems.
The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue, RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy through effective yield management, dynamic pricing, and distribution optimization.
Manage daily pricing, rate loading, and inventory control across all distribution channels
• Optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance
• Manage and maintain Channel Manager, OTA extranets (Booking.Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarking, STR reports
• Handle group pricing, corporate rates, and contract negotiations
• Optimize online visibility, ranking, and conversion across OTAs
Experience with Channel Manager, PMS, CRS, OTA platforms (Booking.Strong knowledge of RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Forecasting, KPI analysis
• Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Must be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required)
Weekly exposure to senior leadership (CEO level)
