Job Title : Open Market Sales Manager (Operator Channel)
Job Positioning : Core responsibility for cooperating with Italian operator WIND3, focusing on smartphone and tablet sales. Coordinate retail plans, PSI, delivery and profit targets to boost Xiaomi’s Italian market share.
I. Core Job Responsibilities
- Exclusively dock with WIND3, explore needs, promote core products, meet sales targets and expand WIND3 channel coverage.
- Formulate and implement retail plans based on Xiaomi’s strategy and WIND3’s features, optimize promotion to improve exposure and conversion.
- Monitor PSI, track sales/inventory data, analyze gaps and optimize strategies for steady target achievement.
- Coordinate delivery with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely, high-quality delivery to WIND3 and resolve abnormalities.
- Undertake profit assessment, optimize strategies and control costs for sales and profit growth.
- Track Italian market/competitor trends, collect WIND3/user feedback to support headquarters strategy.
II. Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing/International Trade majors preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in smartphone/consumer electronics sales, familiar with operator channels; Italian local experience a plus.
- Resources: Priority to candidates with high-quality resources, especially WIND3-related operator resources.
- Language: Fluent in Italian (listening/speaking/reading/writing) and good at English for cross-team communication.
- Ability: Strong negotiation, customer maintenance and goal awareness; good data analysis, execution and pressure resistance; team-oriented.
- Other: Familiar with Italian market rules, willing to work in Milan long-term, recognize Xiaomi’s concept and be responsible.
