Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape global compensation, benefits, and workforce planning within Fendi, aligning with Brand values and Group guidelines. You will lead HR transformation initiatives leveraging HRIS and AI to enable data-driven decisions and stronger organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with business leaders and Group HR to ensure fair reward structures and optimized staffing across geographies, including retail. This position offers you a strategic impact at a luxury house while advancing digital HR practices.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define, implement and govern global compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with Brand values and Group guidelines
- Lead the design and oversight of short- and long-term incentive schemes for corporate and retail populations
- Manage job evaluation methodology and annual salary reviews ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Ensure regulatory compliance across geographies, with emphasis on EU pay transparency directive
- Design and implement a workforce planning framework focused on Retail, enabling proactive staffing based on performance, seasonality and store drivers
- Improve staffing models through data analytics for optimal workforce allocation and cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence
- Drive HR transformation via HRIS and AI to improve effectiveness, transparency and predictive decision-making
- Lead digitalization of HR processes, tools, and governance in line with Group standards and best practices
- Act as primary interface with Group stakeholders on reward policies, HR tech evolution, benchmarking and governance
Responsabilità
- Significant experience leading Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning and HRIS activities in complex, international organizations
- Strong exposure to the Retail sector or consumer-facing businesses; luxury experience is a strong asset
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation projects including HRIS and AI-driven initiatives in international contexts
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to connect people, numbers, and operations; credibility and discretion in matrix environments
- International mindset and cultural sensitivity
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
