Workshop Operator

We are looking for a hands-on Prototype Workshop Operator to support the development of innovative combustion engine components. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with advanced manufacturing processes—casting, 3D printing, plastic injection moulding—and contributing directly to prototype production.

You will be involved in multiple stages of prototype development, helping transform concepts into functional engine components through precision work and advanced workshop technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Casting, 3D Printing & Plastic Injection

• Assist with casting preparation and execution, including wax tree assembly and plaster mold preparation.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers for rapid prototyping.
• Operate a plastic injection molding machine for producing prototype parts.
• Perform finishing and post-processing tasks such as sandblasting and shot peening.

2. Workshop Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain and calibrate workshop tools, machines, and equipment.
• Follow strict safety protocols when working with materials and machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma (or equivalent).
• Italian language proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with casting, 3D printing, or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight project deadlines.
