Role overview

As an Italian-speaking Operational Risk Specialist with experience in manufacturing or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioral change in safety practices.

Note: This vacancy is not suitable for candidates with Operational Risk Management experience within financial services. Relevant experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining is required.

Who you are

You are a freelance subject matter expert capable of managing complex safety projects, with a proven track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all organizational levels. You will:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business
• Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety Training
• Possess expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within sectors like Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities
• Have experience managing change and embedding a safety culture
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to develop expertise in safety and operations management

You are interested in working on a freelance basis, able to engage in short- and long-term projects without guarantees of ongoing work.
