Workover Rig Engineering Coordinator (FMWR)
ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Workover Rig Engineering Coordinator (FMWR) to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy.
The selected professional will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of fast‑moving workover rig activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of well intervention and rig‑related operations in line with technical, operational, and reporting requirements.
The role includes rig planning support, mobilization/demobilization coordination, interface with field and logistics teams, monitoring of rig performance KPIs, and support to operations reporting and optimization.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in the relevant discipline after graduation
- Proven experience in workover operations, well intervention support, or rig coordination activities within the Oil & Gas sector
- Good understanding of workover equipment, rig moves, wellsite logistics, and rig‑related operations
- Experience in performance monitoring, operations reporting, and coordination with contractors and service companies
- Familiarity with HSE procedures, permit‑to‑work systems, and field operational controls
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
- Good command of English

- Working schedule: 8 hours/day – 5 days/week
- Work mode: full time, on site
