The Master’s Programme in Smart Commercial Vehicles for Sustainable Mobility , created by Iveco Group in collaboration with Politecnico di Torino, trains the professionals of tomorrow, capable of tackling the challenges of decarbonization, digitalisation, and new technologies applied to commercial vehicles.

Thanks to a unique formula—combining 24 months of advanced academic courses with on-the-job training from day 1 through a Higher Apprenticeship contract —the programme offers a practical and innovative approach, directly aligned with the needs of one of the most dynamic industrial sectors: automotive.

You will contribute to the development of next-generation commercial vehicles by adopting a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach, which involves designing components and integrating vehicle systems , as well as supporting validation and homologation activities.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:

• Duration: 2 years, starting in February 2026
• Focus Areas: Multi-energy propulsion, carbon-neutral solutions, connected vehicles, and digital mobility
• Core Topics: Electric and hybrid technologies, software-defined vehicles, simulation and virtualisation, vehicle connectivity, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and data-driven innovation

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Contract : You will be employed by Iveco Group through a High Apprenticeship contract from day 1
• Degree : Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded a 2nd-level Specializing Master’s diploma

Requirements:

• to be under the age of 30 on the date of recruitment
• to have been awarded a full degree (Master's degree / Laurea specialistica / Laurea magistrale) within the deadline for enrolment in the 2nd level Specializing Master’s programme.
