What You'll Do:
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
- Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
- Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
- Excellent communication & empathy skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
