Magda Butrym is looking for a Womenswear RTW Designer to join its creative team.


Key responsibilities:

·       Working closely with other members of design teams on creating and developing new seasonal collections. This will include but not be limited to conducting primary research, developing mood boards, concepts, garments, prints and patterns.

·       Working on all stages of collection and product development, from brainstorming ideas to the final product.

·       Creating sketches and technical files for garments.

· Conducting fabric research

·       Participating in fittings

·       Briefing and collaborating with fabric agents and other suppliers

·       Working on embroideries

Additional activities:

·       A chance to work on exciting new projects, runway shows, capsule collections, collaborations, and product launches.

·       Brainstorming of creative ideas, photo/video shoot concepts and supporting the marketing and PR teams with creative inputs.

·       Opportunities to take part in design, creation and visualization of Magda Butrym show sets, installations, corners and boutiques, pop ups and events.

Requirements:

·      No less than 5 years of experience working for a leading fashion brands

·      Understanding of Magda Butrym brand aesthetic

·      Working proficiency in English

·      Knowledge of graphic design software such as Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign

·      Being a team player

·      Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities

·      Ability to work under time pressure
