Paris Texas is a Made in Italy footwear brand, founded in 2015 in Milan by Annamaria Brivio and Massimo Baltimora. The idea was born from the desire to merge two contrasting personalities into a single creation. Parisian elegance clashes with the wild spirit of Texas, giving life to Paris Texas.

As part of its growth process, Paris Texas is currently looking to expand its product development team, with a new role to be based at the Scandicci office.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the Master Bill of Material, for low touch designs.
• Create the initial Master BOM with a Tech Pack. Update BOM for showroom samples (post-proto approval) through stock approval.
• Submit tech pack dates report metrics
• Develop and track sourced raw materials and components as needed:
• Track the development of and receive showroom sample before shipping.
• Provide and maintain accurate and organized information for samples, garment deliveries and all issues
• Partner with manager to drive the optimized lead-times and activities from development to store
• Collaborate with senior team and technical designers and meet weekly to analyze product development
• Communicate with Factories and Manufactures assisting them in the daily job
• Input, update and finalize all product details in the database and product knowledge

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Max 2/3 years expenrience in same role matured in luxury companies
• Product development or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fashion, Trend and Shoes
• Agile, nimble and solution oriented
• Actively displays curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, and an innovative mind-set
• Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills;
• ability to partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices
• Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information
• Strong computer skills in particular Excel
