About the Role
We are looking for a Women’s RTW Merchandiser Assistant with strong analytical skills, a deep product sensitivity, and a genuine passion for fashion. In this role, He/She will support the Merchandising team across strategic and operational activities, from competitive benchmarking to sales analysis, ensuring smooth processes before, during and after the sales campaign. He/She will play a key part in maintaining accurate databases, preparing business materials for management, and contributing to the evolution of our product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Merchandising team with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Develop presentations for management and ad-hoc business reviews.
• Build and maintain sell-in and sell-out databases, ensuring accuracy and recurring updates.
• Contribute to benchmark analyses to assess competitive positioning and inform product strategy.
• Analyze performance using internal reporting systems.
• Support Merchandisers during the Sales Campaign (style recaps, line sheets, product descriptions, PLM updates, technical materials).
• Assist in developing and updating Training Manuals.
Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Economics.
• Previous experience in luxury fashion is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
