Wiring System Engineer

In the area of wiring system, the main tasks and responsibilities of the job include:

• Manage the activity of wiring harness creation according to the process defined.
• Lead the designers and suppliers assigned to the program to assure the correct deliverables.
• Wire dimensioning according to the design and check with specific tools and standards.
• Collecting information such as program planning, trim level grid, cost and weight target.
• Working with Engineering Specialists and the Chief Engineer to schedule all the activities.
• Diversity management, manage a quantity of harness needed and usage in product life management.
• Performing and support the DFMEA.
• Making improvements to vehicles in response to virtual and physical test feedback.
• Creation and managing of Design change request.
• Support the industrialization team for problem solution.

Requisiti:

Technical Skills:

• Technical EE degree (preferable).
• Technical Electrical high school diploma.
• Electrotechnics fundamental knowledge.
• High knowledge of Excel program (with formulas).
• PLM, such as Capital Suite (preferable).
• Experience in automotive sector (harness preferable).

Soft Skills:

• Fluent Italian and English (speaking and writing).
• Ability to work in team and to organize complex tasks.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
• Good problem solving attitude.
