Experteer Italy is looking for a Winding Program Technical Lead to steer R&D winding projects across power transformers and HVDC converter transformers. In this role, you will mentor engineers, set technical standards, and coordinate planning and budgeting to deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in winding engineering and a strong understanding of product development. The position offers flexible working hours and fantastic career opportunities within Hitachi Energy.
