Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since 2003. With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Construction Project Manager profile to lead these execution projects.

With an initial focus on wind projects, the ideal profile has a strong background in project management of wind construction projects in Italy. Experience with land contracts and grid connection is also valued highly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment.

As Construction Project Manager:
• Conduct pre-feasibility assessments
• Coordinate with Engineering on design and documentation
• Manage construction, land, and grid-connection contracts
• Oversee all technical and administrative pre-construction activities
• Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and authorities
• Monitor progress and prepare reports

Requirements
• Engineering degree (Civil/Electrical preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in renewables
• Strong knowledge of wind/PV regulations and technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
