Job purpose: As a Welcomist, you are responsible for greeting visitors and managing the first interaction with the public. You play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival, acting as an ambassador of the space. You provide clear and helpful information, support the organization of visitor flow, and contribute to ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide an initial introduction to the space
• Support the organization in managing visitor flow and attendance
• Respond to participants’ questions and provide basic assistance
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless and positive visitor experience

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, any other languages is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and passion for engaging with the public
