The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Welcome Staff member to assist with guest arrivals in Milan.
This is not a tour guide role — no historical explanations required.
Your job is to ensure a smooth and friendly arrival experience.
What You’ll Do
Check in and coordination of tours for Milan.
Wednesday 9am
Friday 12:45pm
Saturday 1:30pm
(1 hour each day )
3 hours per week
What we offer in Milan is a 3 hour per week job (wed-fri-sat) as a welcome staff. We need someone who will greet our clients at the meeting point, check if everyone is present, coordinate with our staff in case some clients are missing, coordinate with our guide.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, problem solving and teamworking skills.
- We're looking for people who are dynamic, passionate about tourism and a good knowledge of your own city.
- Tourism and/or hospitality backgrounds are a plus, but former experience is not required.
