Arkage is looking for a Web & SEO Operations Specialist (Rome) – is that you?

What you do on a daily basis

  • Coordinate the planning, production and distribution of digital content for corporate events, international trade shows and Medical Technologies initiatives
  • Manage the complete content lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, creative, IT teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality
  • Monitor event and content calendars, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
  • Adapt and manage digital assets across multiple brands, channels, audiences and markets
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues throughout the production workflow
  • Perform final quality checks to ensure consistency with brand identity and guidelines
  • Maintain project documentation, tracking and archiving of materials and activity logs

Who you are

  • A hands‑on professional with experience in managing digital content and websites in fast‑paced environments
  • Detail‑oriented, with a strong sensitivity to content quality, page structure and SEO best practices
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and parallel projects while maintaining high standards
  • Proactive and solution‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
  • A clear and effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal teams, developers and external partners
  • At ease in structured yet dynamic environments, with multiple stakeholders and touchpoints
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in managing websites and landing pages
  • Strong ability to write and optimize content with a solid SEO approach
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or similar)
  • Good understanding of on‑page SEO principles (meta tags, heading structure, internal linking, keyword usage)
  • Ability to create and update landing pages end‑to‑end (structure, content, basic visual assets)
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Confidence in handling recurring website updates, troubleshooting and continuous improvements
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to work independently on small fixes and adjustments

Nice to have

  • Experience contributing to SEO strategy execution (keyword clustering, content planning, content development)
  • Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs or similar
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and conversion optimization principles
  • Experience working with external agencies or technical partners
  • Employment or Collaboration Agreement according to the candidate’s profile
  • Salary and professional category commensurate with the candidate's experience
