Full Stack Developer – Java Spring Boot / Angular

Partner with the best. In this role you will report to the OEM Applications CoE leader and be part of software architects and developers who design and build customer‑focused, high‑performing, innovative and scalable end‑to‑end applications for monitoring and improving industrial assets. You will collaborate extensively with product owners, subject matter experts, stakeholders, software development partners, engineers and regional teams to create unique products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high‑performance and secure software solutions for remote diagnostic services (data manipulation, aggregation, and visualization).
• Design and develop high‑performance, secure API‑based services to expose data to internal front‑ends and integrate with 3rd‑party platforms.
• Build the front‑end of applications through appealing visual design in collaboration with Baker Hughes UX experts.
• Work with DevOps Engineers and Cloud Architects to integrate new code into existing CI/CD pipelines for deployment in AWS or Azure.
• Contribute to architecture, design, support, implementation and troubleshooting of software systems to deliver engineering solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while ensuring system security.
• Collaborate with software development partners in the design and development of complex solutions.
• Identify and propose new innovations for strategic developments to support changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Professional knowledge of multiple languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python.
• Professional skills in API‑based services development.
• Good knowledge of Java Spring Boot, Angular (or similar) and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, SQL). Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of SDLC principles, CI/CD concepts, Agile methodologies and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Professional proficiency in English.
