We are not just looking for an "accountant"; we are seeking a strategic partner for our future growth. Our company is expanding, and we need a professional who can master day‑to‑day operations today and step into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the medium term.

Key Responsibilities
- General Ledger: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all administrative transactions are recorded.
- AP/AR Management: Full management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, payments, and dunning).
- Year-End Closing: Preparing adjusting entries and collaborating closely with our external Tax Consultant for the final statutory financial statements.
- Management Control: Monitoring Cash Flow, performing cost analysis, and assisting in budget preparation.
- Tax Compliance: Supporting VAT filings and other periodic tax requirements.
The Growth Path
- Transforming accounting data into strategic reports for the Board of Directors.
- Optimizing administrative and financial processes.
- Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Leading long‑term financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Required background and technical skills
- Experience: 5-10 years in accounting or administrative roles (ideally within SMEs or professional accounting firms).
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, GAAP/IFRS principles, and proficiency with ERP/accounting software.
- Mindset: Problem‑solving attitude, high ambition, and natural inclination for data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Proactive communication style and the ability to act as a bridge between ownership and external consultants.
