Job Scope

Ensure the correct and timely procurement of the product line for which it is responsible based on demand, forecasts, service level and according to the internal standard of quality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages of the supply of products, new and refurbished, based on the RoP provided by the Senior position and on the warranties given by the suppliers
• Manages the return of the products from Subsidiaries and Distributors based on their warranty status
• Collaborates with the warehouse to streamline incoming operations and shipments from suppliers
• Collaborates with Orders and Customs Team to perform the customs clearance of products managed by the team
• Generates reports on suppliers' performance and analyzes them with the Senior position
• Supports the Senior position in the planning activity, providing, by delegation, the definition of the RoP of the product lines or the issuance of the Purchase Orders of the instruments/spares.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Degree in Management Engineering or similar
• Previous experience will be considered as a plus
• Advanced Excel level including Macro function (knowledge of Visual Basic programming language is a plus); SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus
• The willing to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes

• Good English knowledge (German language is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
