To manage the warranty of BS New Projects in the Spain and Italy area. The purpose of a Warranty Manager is to ensure that customers are provided with the highest levels of service in regards to the warranties on products and services. The Warranty Manager is responsible for providing customer service, managing and tracking warranties, monitoring and evaluating warranty claims, and working with suppliers and vendors to resolve customer warranty issues. The Warranty Manager also works with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service in regards to warranties.

Should this role be filled in Italy the base pay range for this role is estimated to be 44.625 € - 65.450 € at the time of posting. Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA "Metalmeccanico Industria".
Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Principal Accountability
Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures
Analyze warranty data and trends to identify areas of improvement
Provide coaching and guidance to staff on warranty processes
Monitor and audit warranty repairs
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Process warranty claims and issuances
Resolve customer service problems related to warranties
Manage warranty claim processing and documentation
Analyze warranty reports to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
Perform warranty cost and risk analysis
Conduct periodic warranty audits
Monitor and review warranty performance
Provide customer service and warranty support
Prepare and submit warranty reports
Maintain and update warranty databases and records
Requirement
University degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical background.
Experience in warranty management within an industrial or technical environment.
Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to standardize and improve workflows.
Problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer service orientation and focus on quality of execution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data and reporting.
Ability to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions.
Proficiency in common business software (Excel/ERP tools is a plus).
Fluent in Spanish or Italian, and English.
