Purpose of the position As

Warehouse Superintendent , you will be part of the Construction Department of Business Line Energy Carriers within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno.

Responsibilities

Ensure the receipt and inspection of materials on arrival at the site in terms of integrity, conformity and quantities, as per specifications/technical drawings, Purchase Orders and Packing Lists. Ensure the adequate handling, storage and preservation of materials, in accordance with the relevant procedures defined by vendors, clients and projects. Ensure the handover and traceability of materials

Support in warehouse management, monitoring, and reporting activities, with a primary focus on warehouse accounting. Working closely on a day-to-day basis with the AFC Department (Administration, Finance & Control), the resource will:

Manage, with the support of corporate tools, the valuation of warehouse inventory items both for actual results and during the budgeting/forecasting process;

Prepare and maintain consolidated reports for management on a periodic basis (actuals and forecasts);

Support the planning and management of Onshore personnel activities.

Qualifications Education:

Technical Diploma or / and Degree in Engineering field

Experience:

Proven experience in the role

Languages:

English Knowledge Level B2

Technical/IT Skills:

Microsoft Office

For home office contract: Pay not lower than 43.000,00 €

Location: Livorno, Italy
