Warehouse Specialist English Speaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage import and export activities related to overseas warehouse operations.
• Manage the daily operations of overseas warehouses, ensuring efficient and smooth warehouse performance.
• Monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and maintain accurate inventory control to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
• Coordinate the shipment of warehouse goods to project sites via less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL), and express delivery services, ensuring timely delivery of after-sales materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Identify, report, and resolve operational and transportation-related exceptions or incidents in overseas warehouse operations.
• Manage the monthly accrual, reconciliation, and processing of logistics-related expenses and payments.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1-2 years of work experience related to logistics.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Chinese will be highly valued
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
• Experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Have a forklift license will be better.
