CharityStars is looking for a proactive and highly organized Warehouse Operations & Logistics Intern to join our team at our Milan HQ in Via Morimondo.

As a global leader in charity auctions, our physical hub is the heartbeat of our business. We are looking for an individual to manage the end-to-end physical journey of exclusive memorabilia from arrival and photography to global fulfilment.

• Inventory & Intake: Securely manage and catalog incoming high-value items, including sports memorabilia, luxury goods, and collectibles.
• Studio Operations: Own the in-house photography process. You will set up, style, and shoot items to ensure they meet our global platform’s visual standards.
• Shipping & Fulfilment: Handle premium packaging and coordinate with international couriers to ensure every winning bidder receives their item in perfect condition.
• Digital Support: Assist in the technical setup and dispatch of our e-marketing newsletters, ensuring our community is updated on the latest live auctions.
• Hub Maintenance: Keep the Via Morimondo warehouse and studio organised, optimised, and ready for high-volume auction cycles.

• Consistent Reliability: You understand that logistics requires a steady hand. You are strictly punctual, professional, and value being part of a team that relies on your presence.
• Practical & Detail-Oriented: You have a "hands-on" approach and take pride in making sure every package is perfect and every photo is sharp.
• Organised Mindset: You enjoy bringing order to a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluency in Italian and at least conversational English are required.
