Overview

VI-grade is looking for a Warehouse Manager responsible for organizing and supervising the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods. To be successful, you must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring all detail-orientated, competent and has strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Overseeing warehouse and distribution operations
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities via company ERP
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition of the warehouse equipment

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience of warehouse management
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
• Valid drivers' license
• Ability to operate forklift effectively
• Proficient computer skills
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong people skills
• Good understanding of written English
