What you'll do

  • Accountable for all performance metrics at the 3PL Warehouse: Service Level, Cost, Inventory & stock accuracy, Claims.
  • Ensure capacity at the 3PL Warehouse meets requirements, proactively managing needs at Inbound, Storage, Outbound levels.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Henkel Transport team to ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments.
  • Act as interface/escalation point to the 3PL Warehouse for any internal and external stakeholders, especially regarding customer requirements, audits, and compliance.
  • Check to ensure Quality and SHE-Q standards are met and maintained by conducting regular site visits, addressing gaps, and following up.
  • Act as WMS/SAP Key user to ensure Master data is correctly maintained for each location and records of daily activities.
  • Actively drive Continuous Improvement projects at the site focusing on Cost, Quality, Service, and Safety.
  • Manage monthly POP (performance-oriented payment), ensuring correct invoicing controls.
  • Monitor non-conforming stocks at the site, focusing on return, rework, and scrap, reporting gaps/delays in decision-making and pushing for resolution.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's Degree in Scientific Fields (Supply Chain and Logistics preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations roles within complex FMCG companies, including 5 years as Warehouse Manager with strong expertise in warehouse operations and inventory control (HAZMAT experience is a plus).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Extensive experience in SAP R/3 and good knowledge of WMS.
  • Strong communication skills, with indirect leadership over 3PL team, able to handle requests from different stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with solid project management experience.
