Warehouse Manager

There is a new, challenging opportunity for an experienced, confident, and capable leader to take up the role of Shift Manager.

How will you contribute?

• Reports to the National 3PL Manager
• Direct line responsibility for leading approximately 13 Warehouse Operatives and 1 Team Leader
• Focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Ensure delivery of contractual KPIs and budget requirements
• Maintain effective communication within the operational leadership team, sharing performance updates, company news, and procedures

• Proven warehouse operations management experience above First Line Manager (FLM) level, demonstrating leadership of managers managing frontline colleagues
