Job Description

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and organization of warehouse operations in Italy. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and structured logistics operations .

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and supervising warehouse staff.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods flows.
• Monitoring planning, quality, and safety within the warehouse.
• Serving as the point of contact for the Italian location and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and procedures.
• Ensuring the proper administrative handling of warehouse activities.

Job Requirements

• You have at least an MBO+ or HBO level of education and thinking.
• You have demonstrable experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• You have a reasonable command of the Italian and English language (spoken).
• You work independently, have strong organizational skills, and are solution-oriented.
