We are looking for a Senior Account Sales Manager who combines commercial instinct, strategic thinking, and strong relationship‑building skills to grow market share and drive business across key accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned accounts to maximize transient and group revenue.
  • Retain, grow, and penetrate existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Lead proactive sales activities including client meetings, site inspections, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to align business objectives and drive results.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and account plans while maintaining accurate account data and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
  • Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the client journey, from prospecting through event execution.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a results‑driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
