We’re now looking for a VP Sales – Enterprise to build and lead the next phase of our enterprise go-to-market engine — designing scalable playbooks, driving pipeline generation, and directly contributing to the closure of high-value deals (ACV €50K+).
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role at the intersection of sales excellence, commercial strategy, and business unit growth.
You’ll work closely with founders, BU leaders, and GTM teams to develop repeatable enterprise sales models, accelerate revenue post-acquisition, and expand our footprint with mid-market and enterprise clients globally .
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale enterprise sales playbooks — segmentation, value proposition, qualification, and closing frameworks.
- Lead and coach AE teams and founders on enterprise sales, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder management.
- Personally support and close strategic enterprise deals (€50K–€250K+ ACV) as a player-coach .
- Partner with BU leaders to align GTM motions with product positioning, pricing, and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, AI, and customer success to drive predictable, high-quality lead generation.
- Design and track sales performance metrics — dashboards, review cadences, and continuous improvement.
- Standardize enterprise GTM operations post-acquisition, aligning new teams with Shop Circle standards.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, including leadership of AE or regional teams.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (€50K+ ACV) .
- Expertise in building and institutionalizing enterprise sales playbooks across multiple products or markets.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to balance execution and vision.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with C-level clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in multi-product, post-acquisition, or platform environments is a strong plus.
- Hands-on leadership style: able to close deals and coach teams to replicate success.
