In 2023 Richemont acquires a controlling stake in Gianvito Rossi starting a partnership with its founder.


For our Headquarter in Milan, we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager .


ROLE OVERVIEW

The Visual Merchandising Manager is a key brand ambassador responsible for translating the brand's identity and creative vision into compelling, consistent in-store experiences across boutiques and showrooms. Operating at the intersection of retail strategy, brand aesthetics, and operational excellence, this role ensures that every product display — from shoes to accessories — reflects the highest standards of luxury presentation, both at headquarters and across all regional locations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Product Display & Boutique Styling**

- Curate and execute the display of shoes and accessories across boutiques and showrooms, ensuring an elevated, on-brand visual experience at all times

- Define product hierarchies, focal points, and styling narratives that align with the brand's luxury positioning

- Monitor and maintain display standards on an ongoing basis, adapting to stock changes and new arrivals


**VM Guidelines & Brand Standards**

- Develop, maintain, and evolve comprehensive Visual Merchandising guidelines, covering both corporate evergreen standards and seasonal directives

- Produce detailed VM toolkits, lookbooks, and reference materials to ensure coherent execution across all points of sale

- Continuously review and refine standards in response to market trends, brand evolution, and client feedback


**In-Store Imagery & Visual Updates**

- Oversee the planning and timely update of all in-boutique imagery, including campaign visuals, lifestyle photography, and seasonal graphics

- Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to align visual assets with current campaigns and brand messaging

- Manage relationships with print and installation vendors to ensure quality and timeliness


**Display Calendar & Marketing Alignment**

- Build and own the annual VM display calendar, mapping all window changes, interior refreshes, and product highlights in close alignment with the marketing and retail strategy

- Anticipate key brand moments (new collections, MTO, product focus) and plan VM activations accordingly

- Coordinate with the Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure product availability matches planned displays


**Regional Implementation & Coordination**

- Drive consistent VM execution across all regional markets, acting as the central point of reference for local teams and retail partners

- Conduct regular boutique visits and audits to assess compliance, provide hands-on training, and deliver actionable feedback

- Develop remote monitoring tools and reporting frameworks to track implementation quality in markets where direct presence is limited

- Train and coach regional VM coordinators and store managers, building internal capability and a shared visual culture


ABOUT YOU

- 5–8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within luxury fashion, footwear, or accessories

- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a deep understanding of luxury retail codes and client experience

- Proven ability to develop brand guidelines and translate creative concepts into operational tools

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

- Confident communicator with experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional relationships

- Proficiency in design tools (Power Point, Photoshop, Excel) and retail planning tools

- Willingness to travel regularly to the HQ in San Mauro Pascoli, boutiques and regional markets

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
