Visual Merchandising Intern: Design Displays & Train Stores

Max-Mara-Fashion-Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to shape and sustain the brand image across our sales outlets in line with company guidelines. You will design compelling shop windows and displays that reflect the product mix and seasonal storytelling.

You'll supervise assigned stores, ensure compliance with brand standards, and train store personnel on visual merchandising concepts and execution, both on-site and remotely, driving consistency and impact across the network.
