About the Role


We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented Shopper/In-Store Marketing Designer to join our team. The candidate will work closely with the marketing / design team to conceptualize and produce visual assets that align with the brand and business objectives.



Responsibilities



  • Create and adapt visual assets for in-store displays, signage, windows display, point of sale and promotional material.
  • Localize and adapt master creative concepts to suit various store formats and markets.
  • Maintain design integrity while tailoring content for cultural and market relevance.
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling store ready creative outputs.
  • Accountable for delivering accurate, print- and deployment-ready files.
  • Manage multiple adaptation requests and deadline efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Stay updated on retail design trends and innovations in physical brand experiences.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance in-store presence through creative visuals.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in in-store design or brand adaptation across retail environments.


Required Skills



  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of print production and material specifications for in-store environments.
  • Familiarity with local market and cultural sensitivities for adaptation work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Italian language proficiency is a must.


Preferred Skills



  • Having consumer electronic brand experience is a plus.
