Visual Communication Design Intern

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and talented Visual Communication Design Intern based in Milan.

This is a full-time role for 6 months.

What you will do

• Support the creation of layouts for brochures, advertising campaigns, digital tools, website images, newsletters, web mailings, invitations, social media, etc;
• Generating proposals or solutions that meet client and project requirements, with appropriate visual and verbal articulation, and applying relevant brand guidelines;
• Develop many aspects of world-class brand storytelling: typography, logo/icon, infographic design and visual systems (both for digital/web & print);
• Proactively support a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment and processes with industrial, interior and interaction designers.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, good knowledge of digital image editing and/or video editing (Must: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator);
• Very good graphic skills, User research skills (good sketching skills for the creation of storyboards is a plus);
• Strong attention to detail, high level of creativity and good design aesthetic;
• Working familiarity with social media tools on various platforms, related design issues and websites behavior (basic knowledge of HTML and CSS coding is a plus);
• Able to meet strict deadlines while providing high-quality work;
• Experience with video and/or animation is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Brand Design or equivalent;
• English - fluent in speaking and writing.
