How You’ll Make a Difference

You will work in small teams taking an active part in every dimension of client engagements.

Throughout each project, you will develop core management consulting skills with the capabilities required to apply innovative, advanced corporate finance and value creation techniques, contributing to the development of leading-edge knowledge in areas at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and implementation. Your work will include sourcing and assessing information, building and pressure-testing hypotheses, shaping and communicating recommendations and bringing real impact hands on.

You will receive continuous training, complemented by frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your project teams. This support will include an assigned Counselor from your local office or practice to help guide your professional trajectory. The Performance Management team will strengthen your experience by tailoring a learning and training path to you, informed by your strengths and your development priorities.

You will be based in our Milan or Rome office, working across multiple industries and advising clients on their most demanding topics, including corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement.

Visiting Associates join our offices and practices to work in teams and directly with clients. In this position, you will collaborate with outstanding teams to help leading organizations worldwide – across private and public sectors – address their most complex challenges.

What We Look For

  • MSc in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with an excellent academic record
  • Previous internships in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, due diligence gained in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to structure and solve problems through rigorous quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office package with proven ability in Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and foster an inclusive environment with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Fluency in English and Italian are mandatory
