We are looking for a Vision Software Engineer to join the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, and help us design, develop and implement industrial vision systems to support product and process control.
The ideal candidate is a technical profile with competencies in software and automation, interested in vision systems applied to industrial environments, and willing to work in dynamic contexts, including international projects.
Main responsibilities
- :Design, develop and implement industrial vision systems for product and process quality contro
- lConfigure and integrate vision hardware and software (cameras, lenses and lighting systems) within automated machine
- sDevelop vision algorithms and applications using programming languages and dedicated librarie
- sCollaborate with automation, engineering and production teams to ensure optimal integration of vision systems within production line
- sPerform testing, validation and troubleshooting activities on implemented system
- sSupport installation, commissioning and start-up activities at customer sites, both in Italy and abroa
- dContribute to the continuous improvement of vision solutions in terms of performance, robustness and standardizatio
n
Required skills and backgroun
- d:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific disciplines (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or Engineering (Information Engineering, Electronics or similar); candidates with ITS background in mechatronics or IT will also be consider
