Live-in Villa Manager Opportunity in beautiful Florence, Italy
A truly global UHNW family are seeking a Villa Manager to join their large team in the picturesque region of Florence in Italy. The principals are in residence for about a third of the year and have a large team of Housekeepers, service staff, gardeners, chefs and security.
This is an operational position and ideally, we are seeking those with more of a property management leaning rather than service.
Duties
- Managing household budgets
- Project managing renovations
- Maintaining work schedules and planning
- Driving to appointments and meeting with contractors and 3rd parties
- Behind the scenes management to keep the house running at optimum efficiency
- Logistical planning and management
To be considered
- Must be a fluent Italian speaker (non-negotiable) ideally native
- Must an EU passport or Italian working visa
- Ideally have working knowledge of the region, although any Italy based experience will be considered
- Must have good verbally verifiable references from within the private household or luxury villa sector
- Must be a driver
- Must speak English
Benefits
- Exceptional salary of up to €4,500 net per month (circa €90,000 Gross per annum)

- Typically, 5 days per week, although for exceptional periods time of in lieu will be given when principals in residence
- Accommodation provided separate to the property
