VIE - Contract Information
- Dates: April, 1st 2026 (earlier if possible) to March 31st 2027 (renewable).
- This position is open as a “VIE” , a program by Business France for French citizens between 18 and 28 years only.
- MONTHLY REMUNERATION: €3,200 (non-contractual allowance set by decree and order, which may vary depending on the evolution of the reference scale, the location of the assignment, and any deductions provided for by the regulations)

As part of this global team, you’ll be the key contributor for Italy and the Netherlands in our inside-out approach, working on internal communications, events, culture alignment, engagement, employer branding and talent marketing. The role is based in Milan and covers Italy and the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Internal Communications (70%) : You’ll design and deliver high-impact communications that drive business priorities, celebrate milestones, and bring our inside-out strategy to life. You will support transformative initiatives that align culture with strategy, strengthening performance, engagement, and our EVP.
- Own and deliver monthly newsletters, ensuring clear, timely internal updates and consistent messaging across audiences,
- Create, edit, and publish compelling stories that showcase our uniqueness and values,
- Manage cultural projects end to end, from needs collection to comms launch (ex: user centricity),
- Execute the global events strategy locally (ex: Summer Party, Kids Day, …).
- Keep employer brand touchpoints up to date and co-create omnichannel campaigns with Talent Acquisition,
- Improve conversion throughout the recruitment funnel and produce/refine content for our media.

- are native/bilingual in Italian, also fluent in English,
- are a great project manager who combines strategic thinking and a hands-on approach,
- have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision both verbally and in writing,
- have a love for words and visuals with an impact and a purpose,
- can manage stakeholders across a company,
- can work on several projects simultaneously and keep track of your progress and results to improve,
- have at least one experience in internal communications, employer branding or marketing.
- have already worked in a fast-paced environment (innovation lab, startup or scaleup for example),
- are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local.
