How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will be part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team. You will work closely with Fresh Graduates Talent Partners and act primarily as a project coordinator for three Graduate Programs: VIE, Collège des Ingénieurs, and ALLEX. Below are insights on each initiative:
- V.I.E Program : An international young graduate program enabling EU nationals under 28 to work for a French company overseas for up to 24 months, with social care coverage and a salary depending on the host country. Today, there are more than 160 VIE worldwide.
- Collège des Ingénieurs : An integrated “action‑learning” MBA program for engineering and science graduates with up to three years of experience, combining management classes with consulting assignments over 10 months. Today, there are more than 100 alumni worldwide.
- ALLEX Program : Air Liquide Leading Excellence, a training and development program offering cross‑functional exposure within and across business functions to provide a holistic view of the company. It aims to integrate fresh graduates into the Group to build leadership and business acumen.
Role Overview
The Early Career Programs Coordinator will act as a project manager and contribute to the success of the Graduate Programs at Air Liquide. Major responsibilities focus on continuous improvement and project coordination. Main tasks include:
- Familiarise with the three programs, map out processes, and contribute to optimisation proposals.
- Propose, draft, and support the implementation of improvements.
- Support the team in coordinating the management of optimisation projects, including facilitating and following up on meetings, and preparing memos and presentations.
- Manage the program’s communication tools such as the website, chatbot, and other materials.
- Liaise with the Early Career community, share tools, assist with events, and drive change‑management actions.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience : Graduate from a Business School or Engineering programme with a Master’s degree (interest or experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields). Prior experience in project management and data analysis with continuous improvement of tools/processes, and interest in AI tools is desirable.
- Technical Skills : Data‑oriented – experience managing dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI. Prior project‑management or HR‑analysis roles and knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Appscript) is beneficial.
- Soft Skills : Teamwork, ability to share and delegate tasks; continuous improvement mindset; agile and adaptable in a multinational environment; strong written and verbal communication; proactive and result‑oriented.
Application Process
Position based in Italy, Milan for an initial period of 12 months (extendable once). Positions are open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Therefore, only applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E programme will be considered. This mission is not open to permanent employees of Air Liquide.
