Experteer Overview
As Data Ambassador, you activate local data governance and accelerate data readiness within a multi-country scope. You onboard and coach local stewards, orchestrate data inventory and quality improvements, and promote governance tools across Product, Supplier, Customer, and CoA domains. You translate global standards into local practice, ensuring clear ownership, measurable quality gains, and consistent rules. You work with cross-functional teams to lift planning accuracy and execution reliability. This role offers the chance to shape data practices at scale across Italy and beyond, driving sustainable ways of working.

- Launch local readiness for Product, Supplier, Customer, and CoA domains in Italy
- Coordinate data quality checks and backlogs with defined owners and SLAs
- Verify corrections in ERPs and reflect outcomes in MDM/target views
- Facilitate adoption of global standards and LEAP/MDM models
- Clarify definitions, ownership, and stewardship; promote simple governance rituals
- Support alignment sessions to converge on practical, shared rules
- Collect profiling insights and surface root causes; propose improvements
- Promote consistent use of DQ tools, catalogs, and glossaries; maintain templates
- Onboard/coaching of stewards; run clinics and share practical playbooks
- Animate a cross-country community of practice with KPIs and quick wins
- Translate global requirements into local actions; report progress and risks
- Coordinate with Italy Data Lead, Ops MD Specialist, and Global Data Governance teams on standards

- Experience with ERPs, MDM contexts, and data lineage concepts
